Welcome to the world of smart LoRaWAN buttons. The Oxobutton is the first button with E-Ink-Display, with which you can control and communicate almost everything at the push of a button.

The buttons can be configured via Bluetooth (BLE) with an app and can be adapted to various applications, be it in the office, at home, in public buildings etc.

Purchased at the touch of a button

Fire up your online trade with a simple button. This button shows your product or service on an e-ink display. This is done via LoRaWAN, the extremely energy-saving network with which the battery lasts for over a year.

Power saving pixels

The display has a resolution of 200×200 pixels and can display any images and text. Unlike many electronic displays, this screen only needs energy to change the image. As with the well-known e-book reader, the display is very high-contrast, but requires hardly any energy.

The buttons are equipped with two radio modules (Bluetooth BLE and LoRaWAN) and besides the power saving display we have installed coloured signalling LEDs and an acoustic output.

The application possibilities are manifold and can be optimally adapted to your wishes with individually developed firmwares. The LoRaWAN parameters and firmware updates can be configured via the Bluetooth interface. The devices can thus be integrated into various networks and easily updated.

Choose from two models: Oxobutton T for industrial use or Oxobutton Q for everything else.

With the Eval software one can be selected from over 20 predefined images. All devices can be connected to the own network via app with the LoRaWAN parameters.

LoRaWAN network access is required for use. A smartphone is also required for configuration.

The devices are used to evaluate our products and are supplied with a predefined firmware. Basically, these can be adapted to individual projects as desired, whereby this can currently only be implemented by the Oxon. (A SDK for developers is planned for May 2019.)

Software and configuration

The devices can be easily adapted via a provided configuration app.

In addition to firmware individually developed by us, we also offer pre-configured software.

On both e-paper display devices you can choose between approx. 20 images. Each of the images has a different code, which is sent to the LoRaWAN server at the push of a button. The transmission is accompanied by LEDs and a beep sound.

Firmware programming is extremely demanding because the computing power, memory and battery capacity are very limited. Therefore it is currently not possible to change the firmware without our help.

However, we are working on an SDK, which will probably be available in March 2019. Contact us if you want to have something changed. Most of the time small adaptations are possible with little effort and at a reasonable price.
